Check In: Saturday after 1 P.M.

Check Out: Saturday before 9 A.M.

Reservations & Advance Deposits: An advance payment of 50% of the total rent or a minimum of 2 night's accommodations, whichever is greater, will be required to hold your reservation. Telephone reservations will be held for seven days awaiting your advance deposit. Payments will only be accepted via money order, cashier's check, or personal check. Personal checks must clear the bank prior to check in. Confirmation will be sent when all checks have cleared the bank. If your deposit is not received within 7 days or checks do not clear, the reservations will be made available to other prospective guests. Full payment will be due 14 days prior to the check in date. A signed copy of the rules & regulations, which can be found near the bottom of the page, must accompany the final payment.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: Advance deposits are non-refundable. The only exception would be: if the cabin would be re-rented for the entire time, at which time a refund will be issued minus a $50 service charge. The refund will be issued when the advance deposit is received for the re-rent only. No refunds will be made for late arrivals or early departures.

Security Deposit: A credit card number is required at check in. This will only be used if any unforeseen charges accrue, such as, missing items, damage, lost keys, or late check outs. Late check outs will be charged at the rate of $35 per hour, as the cabin needs to be cleaned for the incoming guests.

Parking & Dock Space: There will be one dock space, two parking spaces, and one boat trailer parking space provided with the rental of the cabin.
