Breezy Bay Cabin Rules & Regulations

1. A Maximum of 6 persons (4 Adults) per 2 bedroom cabin, including visitors & guests allowed on Breezy Bay Condominium property at one time.
2. All guests and visitors must register. Guests expecting visitors during their stay must pre-register them prior to check in.
3. There will only be 2 vehicles allowed on condominium property at any time, and must use the designated parking spaces.
4. One dock space is provided with cabin rental, any additional boats will be charged $40 per week for docking. (One space is provided for trailer parking) 2 boat maximum.
5. No Smoking allowed in Breezy Bay Cabin.
6. No pets allowed on Breezy Bay property.
7. Grills shall not be used on wooden decks or within 4 feet of the cabin or deck.
8. Gasoline or other combustibles shall not be stored in the cabin, with in 4 feet of the deck or cabin.
9. Campfires are allowed in fire rings only. (Provided there is not a fire ban in effect)
10. Fireworks are allowed from July 1 to July 8 only. They must be legal fireworks!
11. Tents and motor homes of any kind are not permitted on Breezy Bay property.
12. The use of ATV’s, go carts, dirt bikes, etc. are not allowed.
13. Children must not be left unattended. Should wear life jackets while on the docks and boats, and are not allowed to climb trees.
14. Noise should be kept to a minimum so as not to disturb other guests. Radios, TV’s, etc. should only be played at a reasonable level. No basketball, volleyball, or other activities that may annoy guests between the hours of 10 P.M. and 9 A.M.
15. All dishes shall be washed, stove, and refrigerator should be cleaned.
16. Any excessive cleaning, damages, or late check outs will be charged the renters security deposit at a rate of $35 per hour with a one hour minimum. 9:00 A.M. SHARP! (15 minutes late checking out = 1 Hour Charge)
